Terms and conditions

## 1. Scope of engagement Services are delivered as described in the Tapicart client contract signed at the start of the engagement. Any work outside the written scope is quoted separately.

## 2. Deliverables and timelines Standard deliverables are provided within three working days of receiving complete content and brand assets from the client. Delays in client inputs extend delivery timelines accordingly.

## 3. Payments Payments follow the milestone plan stated in the contract. Work continues on receipt of each scheduled payment.

## 4. Ranking guarantee The Top 3 ranking guarantee applies to searches within a 3 km radius of the registered business location and is subject to the conditions stated in the client contract, including timely content approvals and an active Google Business Profile.

## 5. Support Website clients receive one year of support with unlimited change requests within the agreed scope. Support requests are raised through the ticket system.

## 6. Advertising spend Meta Ads media budget is paid by the client and is separate from management fees. Platform policy rejections are outside our control.

## 7. Content and assets The client confirms it holds the rights to all logos, images and content supplied to Tapicart Web Agency.

## 8. Intellectual property On full payment, the client owns the delivered website content and creative assets. Internal tools, frameworks and source systems remain the property of Tapicart Web Agency.

## 9. Cancellation Either party may end the engagement with written notice. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.

## 10. Liability Tapicart Web Agency is not liable for indirect losses, third party platform outages or changes in search engine and advertising platform policies.

## 11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India.
